The Email Support Package is a great way to get some general advice in regards to healthy sleep habits or to discuss any minor sleep concerns you may be experiencing with your child/children, such as age appropriate routines, early morning rising, nap transitions, sleep regressions etc. This option is available for children aged 4 months old up to 5 years old, who are able to self-settle.
