Product Tips

The products listed on this page are products that I recommend to clients, as they help promote healthy sleep. I use both of these products daily with my own son and wouldn't recommend any products that I don't personally use and find beneficial for sleep.

I have used several different products to block out all light from my sons room, however light always manages to creep in, the product doesn't last or it constantly needs to be put back up.
