When booking a Sleep Consultation for children from 3 weeks old/newborn through to their 5th birthday, with Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions, the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions: 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to "Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions” and “Client” means any person or entity engaging Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions for their services as discussed in these Terms and Conditions.

General

o    The Client agrees to follow Safe Sleeping Practices in line with SIDS recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). For further information, please click here

o    The Client agrees to disclose any medical conditions that their child has to Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions

o    The Client agrees that they will not disclose any of the information they receive from Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions to a third party

Client Acknowledgements

• The client agrees that the information provided by the client in the sleep questionnaire is as accurate as possible

• For clients with a child with medical conditions, the child’s health care provider has approved the child to commence the implementation of a sleep plan

o    It’s the Client's responsibility to rule out any possible medical causes of sleep problems of their child (such as sleep apnea), as a child who has underlying medical causes of sleep problems may not be suitable to implement a sleep plan

o    It’s the Client’s responsibility to ensure that their child is gaining weight accordingly, thriving and in good health before commencing the implementation of a sleep plan

o    Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions is not able to give medical advice and any questions or concerns regarding the Client’s child’s health will be under their health practitioners’ care

o    A sleep plan by Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions is not intended to replace or substitute medical advice

o    Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions will not be responsible or liable in any event of injury or adverse events occurring while undertaking a sleep plan

o    The Client is responsible for the safety and health of their child at all times

o    The Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions website may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties/the external sites

Payment

o    Prior to sleep support and consultations taking place, full payment for all packages is required

o    Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions has the right to modify prices at any time, for any reason    

o    The Client is required to make full payment through the Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions website, prior to sleep support commencing

Cancellations

o    Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled consultation are eligible to receive a full refund, if the sleep plan hasn’t been written

o    Cancellation on the day of the scheduled consultation endures no refund for change of mind

o    In the occurrence of sickness or critical events, Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions can reschedule the consultation to another date

o    Once the sleep plan has been written, received or a consultation has taken place, there will be no refund offered 

o    Once the email, phone or follow up support package has started or taken place, there will be no refund offered

Follow-up Support

o    Clients will start to implement the recommended sleep changes and update sleep logs ideally within a few days to a maximum of 1 week after our phone call

o    Communication (Facebook/Instagram/Emails/Sleep Logs) will be answered between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, 10.00am and 4.00pm Saturday and Sunday

o    Sleep logs are generally checked in the morning before midday

o    As part of the Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions 1 Week Express Package: one week of follow-up support consists of support every 24 hours to review daily logs for 7 days

o    As part of the Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions 2 Week Package: two weeks of follow-up support consists of support every 24 hours to review daily logs for 14 days

Email Support Package

o    The email support package is suitable for babies and toddlers who are able to self-settle, who are between the ages of 4 months up to 5 years old

o    The Client has 3 emails to be used within 4 weeks pf purchasing the email support package

Conditions of a Sleep Plan 

o    Individual results may vary and results depend on many variables; including but not limited to, consistency, commitment, personal matters, approach to technique, technique or method, child’s needs, child’s age, severity of situation, following the plan correctly, communicating to Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions and the parents’ desire for change

o    A refund is not offered in the event of the client feeling dissatisfied and the client understands that by implementing the plan that this is a risk taken

o    Most clients will see results within 10-14 days

o    I understand that my customised sleep plan is meant for my child and I only, and should not be shared with a third party, as I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child

o    Any changes I make to my children’s sleeping or eating arrangements are my decision and Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions will only make suggestions for change, of which I am responsible for choosing to implement

o    It is my responsibility to contact Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions for my follow up and update the sleep log information to be assessed for feedback as frequently as suggested

o    Upon purchasing a sleep plan, I am agreeing to these terms and conditions and privacy policy as outlined

Emailing tools and membership removal

Rockabye Baby Sleep Solutions will communicate with you by email and may send you newsletters and other marketing information. If you wish to have your registration removed from our email list for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed and you will no longer receive emails from us
