Baby, Toddler and Preschool Sleep Support: 4 months up to 5 years old Are you ready for your little ones sleep to transform? Do you want a predictable but flexible age appropriate routine? Do you want consistent nap times and durations? Do you want your little one to learn the skill of self settling and falling asleep independently without leaving them to cry it out? Do you want to break the cycle of early morning waking’s and late bedtimes? Would you like your little one to sleep through the night? Do you want support navigating through sleep regressions and nap transitions? Do you need support getting your toddler to sleep in their cot or big bed? The Express Sleep Support Package is suitable for children aged 4 months old up to 5 years old and will help you address any sleep concerns your child is experiencing, such as: regressions, self settling, resettling, naps, catnapping, early waking’s, sleep associations, sleeping through the night, settling issues etc. Inclusions:​ * Comprehensive questionnaire to be completed at the time of booking * Personalised written sleep plan for your child, which will be emailed to you * The sleep plan includes a range of detailed information, including awake windows, age appropriate feed and and sleep routine recommendations, sleep environment and hygiene, settling methods, a plan for what to do when the day doesn't go to plan and loads more! * 30 minute phone call to go through current sleep issues, personalised sleep plan and suggested strategies to implement * 1 week of sleep support via daily sleep logs checked every 24 hours * Wrap up email with lots of helpful tips for the future What happens once I book in? *Choose a date, day and time that suits you for a phone call (ideally at least 2 days from the time of booking) *Complete the sleep questionnaire form at checkout *Your child’s personalised sleep plan will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your scheduled phone call *We will have our 30 minute phone call to go through the sleep plan and discuss any questions that you may have *The 1 week of daily check in support via Google Docs commences the evening of our phone call, or on an agreed upon date within a few days of our phone call
